Warranty becomes effective only when Kibron Inc. receives the completed form (below) within (10) days after receiving the product. This registration form must be filled out completely.
Kibron Inc. offers two year warranty coverage for all the products that we sell
We strive to characterize a fault and send a replacement part within 3 working days of notification, so that the instrument will not be out of operation for more than 7 days. Should local repair not be possible, we will issue freight instructions for return to company headquarters in Finland for repair in our own workshop. Should the instrument have been mistreated or neglected, we will make a reasonable charge for its repair, but only with the customer’s consent. Kibron is responsible for shipping costs for the first 90 days after the instrument has been delivered to the customer. After 90 days, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
