Maintenance Agreement

Maintenance AgreementWhile all Kibron systems are designed for ease of use and durability, they still remain complex electronic devices. Kibron Maintenance Agreement (KMA) protects your investment and is the best way to ensure that all the components in your Kibron instrument are in a good working state. How does it work:The purpose of KMA is to support an uptime (ready-for-use) of 90 % for the Kibron instrument. Uptime of 90% is defined as 225 days / year (a 12-month period is equivalent of 250 working days / year). How long does it last:The agreement is annual (extends the normal 12 month warranty). How can I purchase KMAKMA is only available at the time of the initial purchase of the instrument and cannot be ordered separately, unless specifically agreed with Kibron. Benefits:
