PLDscreen software
The PLDscreen is operated with PLDscreen software, a dedicated and intuitive software for the screening of phospholipidosis. Two options are available: PLDscreen standard and PLDscreen PRO.
The software is easy to use and gives immediate data read-out for PLD-index of the compound.
The data is stored into the RDBMS database server, including necessary maintenance tools to secure your data.
The PLDscreen software's event driven client/server architecture allows communication and easy integration with liquid handling and other robotic systems in WIN32 and .Net environments.
The PLDscreen PRO software allows additionally for comprehensive physicochemical profiling. The parameters Kaw (lipophilicity), TSA (true surface area) and CMC (critical micelle concentration) are all obtained from a single assay, further supporting ADME research and QSAR.
